The principal and founder of Princeton Commercial Corporation and its affiliate Michael Stoler & Associates, Ltd. is Michael R. Stoler. Prior to the formation of these companies in June, 1977, Mr. Stoler previously served as a senior accountant with the accounting firms of J.K. Lasser & Company (merged into Deloitte & Touche) and Clarence Rainess & Company. After leaving the firm of Clarence Rainess & Company, he joined one of their clients Hartfield Zodys, Inc. as a vice president for administration, specializing in risk management, employee benefits, personnel and special assignments for a national chain of retail and discount department stores. He remained with the company, until June 1977 when the corporate offices were relocated to Los Angeles, California, and was retained as a risk management and employee benefit consultant to the company.
Mr. Stoler is a world and nationally renowned individual involved in the world of philanthropy. Mr. Stoler served as the international president of the Friends of the Rambam Medical Center in Haifa, Israel, as well as the president of the American Friends from 1997 until April 2001.

Michael Stoler served as a member of the executive committee, board of trustees, budget and investment committee, chairman of the finance and development committee and treasurer of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, the oldest and most prestigious school of podiatric medicine in the country. The school is a member of the New York Presbyterian Health Care System, and recently signed an affiliation agreement with Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, the oldest medical school in the nation. Mr. Stoler was conferred with an honorary doctorate of Humane Letters from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in May, 1998. In addition, Mr. Stoler served as the treasurer of the Foot Clinics of New York, an affiliate of the College, and is also a member of the board of PODIA, the captive malpractice insurance company for the college and the foot clinics.
Mr. Stoler has been appointed an adjunct professor at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where he teaches a required graduate course to seniors entitled "Business Aspects of Conducting a Professional Practice". Mr. Stoler initially developed this course when he served as a member of the faculty and an adjunct assistant professor at the Fairleigh Dickinson School of Dental Medicine from 1974 to 1989 (when the school ceased to be in operation). Michael has taught similar courses at the Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Mount Sinai School of Medicine, University of Connecticut Medical School and Medical Center; Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, University of Pittsburgh Dental School. In addition, he has lectured at the New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Florida Dental Societies, and has been a leading contributor to a dental textbook on the practice management of a professional practice. Mr. Stoler named as a contributing editor to the Mann Report and the Fashion Mannuscript in New York City. Michael is the author of a month community report and articles on health care. Michael has written numerous articles on the subject of the valuation of a professional practice, and has appeared as an expert witness on this subject. Mr. Stoler has a section published in the "Encyclopedia of Matrimonial Law" on valuation. In addition he has created the definitive checklist for valuations of healthcare professional practices which have appeared in "Fair Share Magazine" a publication of the American Academy of Matrimonial Law. He has lectured on the valuation of a professional practice to the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Association. He has also lectured to the Temple University Graduate School of Law, the Brooklyn Bar Association and the American Academy of Matrimonial Law. He has been a frequent contributor on the subject of real estate financing in "Real Estate Forum" magazine.

In addition to these companies, Mr. Stoler serves as Vice President of First American Title Insurance Company of New York and Senior Advisor to the Private Client Services Group of Signature Bank and Signature Securities.
"The Stoler Report"-Real Estate Trends in New York / New Jersey, New York's only live weekly radio broadcast featuring real estate and business leaders debuted on November 14, 2001 on WPAT 930 AM. The format of the broadcast is a panel discussion with prominent leaders to discuss pressing matters affecting the metropolitan New York real estate community. In April 2002, the program changed networks from WPAT 930 AM to WMCA 570 AM.
On December 4, 2002, "The Stoler Report" returned to the air for a second season, airing live from 9 PM to 10 PM, on WSNR 620 AM (the Sporting News Radio Network). Each broadcast is aired live on the World Wide Web at the time of broadcast on the web site of the program (www.stolerreport.com).
On September 17, 2003, the show debuted on Emmy award winning CUNY TV, Channel 75 in New York City, owned and operated by the City University of New York. Each new broadcast airs a total of thirteen times a month in New York City. The show can also be viewed on the Internet at www.stolerreport.com and www.cuny.tv. Since the inception of the program, more than 200 real estate business leaders have participated as panelists. The program was highlighted in the September 2004 in the national real estate section of the New York Times.

Michael Stoler is the real estate columnist for the New York Sun, one of the nation’s fastest growing daily newspapers. His column on commercial real estate debuted in January 2004 and appears in the Thursday real estate section of the newspaper.

Michael Stoler, is extensively involvement in health care philanthropy. Mr. Stoler has been responsible for a number of innovative programs, which provide health care and auxiliary services. In 1993, Mr. Stoler founded and created "Cancer Awareness Month", an innovative program that provides no cost health screenings of individuals for seven different forms of cancer.
The Foundation for Medical Evaluation and Early Detection (www.fmed.org) was established and created by Michael Stoler. Mr. Stoler in conjunction with other benefactors and supporters established the Foundation in November 2001, to provide a valuable community service of no cost health screenings for individuals. Since inception, the Foundation has coordinated no cost screenings for as many as seven different forms of cancer, stroke, diabetes, cholesterol levels, heart disease, osteoporosis, bond density, lupus and genetic conditions. The Foundation coordinates the screenings with academic and research medical centers, in addition to nationally and internationally recognized programs for the coordination of no cost health screenings. The Foundation is an expansion of the world renowned "Cancer Awareness Month", which provided no cost cancer screenings for more than thirty five hundred individuals. Since the inception of the foundation more than 2500 individuals have been screened for various health conditions.

In 2001, Michael co-founded the "ITM Hospitality Fund"
(www.itmhospitalityfund.com) a community service that provides no cost lodging facilities for patients and their families in time of need. Since the inception of the program, more than two hundred families have been beneficiaries of this innovative service available in New York City. The program provides lodging for more than seven academic and research medical centers as well as charitable and community service organizations. The main objective of the "ITM Hospitality Fund" is to establish and perpetuate the availability of hotel accommodations when needed in conjunction with treatment of major illness, to lessen the emotional and financial burdens of being away from home for cancer, surgery, specialized treatments, protocols and medical conditions.

Mr. Stoler and his co-founder Jody Merl, president of Innovative Travel Marketing were profiled as the New Yorkers of the Week in September 2003 for the work of the ITM Hospitality Fund”.

Mr. Stoler serves as a syndicated columnist and author of a weekly community affairs article entitled "On the scene". "On the scene" is published weekly in three newspapers, "Manhattan Jewish Sentinel", "Long Island Jewish World" and the "Jewish Tribune". Mr. Stoler is the author of a monthly column, "Mike on Madison", which appears in "The Mann Report", a publication which is published for members of the real estate and business community. Prior to author "On the scene" in May, 2002, Mr. Stoler served as a columnist in the Manhattan Section, "The Stoler Report", in the national publication "The Jewish Press", the largest weekly Anglo Jewish publication in America.

Michael Stoler is an associate trustee of the NYU Medical Center. He previously served as an associate trustee of the Mount Sinai/NYU Health System. He served as the lay chairman of the Kaplan Comprehensive Cancer Center of the NYU School of Medicine and responsible for the cancer awareness program, which provides free screening to more than six hundred individuals one month each year for potential cancers in five different areas of the body.. He is the creator, of the Urological Research Program at the NYU School of Medicine. Mr. Stoler served as an associate trustee of the board of the NYU Medical Center and a member of the development committee. He is a member of the Society of Friends of the New York University. Mr. Stoler is the benefactor of the Michael R. Stoler Molecular Oncology Research Laboratory and the Michael R. & Paula Sutker Stoler Surgical Waiting Area at the Tisch Hospital of the NYU Medical Center and NYU Medical School.
Michael Stoler serves as a member of the board of trustees and chairman of the real estate committee of the Helene Fund School of Nursing. Helene Fuld School of Nursing located in the East Harlem section of Manhattan, provides training of more than three hundred licensed practical nurses each year receive training to gain a designation of registered nurse.

Mr. Stoler is a member of the executive committee, board of directors, and co-chairman of the development committee and member of the publicity committee of the Hospital for Joint Disease & Orthopedic Institute. He is co-chairman of the Contradict Gene Transplantation Program at the Hospital and recently founded the Parkinson Research Foundation. In March of 1997, he endowed the patient waiting area at the lobby of the Hospital and has served as the dinner chairman for the annual fund raising dinners.

Mr. Stoler is the former chairman of the National Men's Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he presently serves as a member of the executive committee and chairman emetrius of membership. He Stoler is a member of the Steering Committee a special ad hoc advisory group for the redevelopment of the Men's Division on a National and local scale. Mr. Stoler has endowed the school as a founder and Cancer Research Donor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine of the Yeshiva University.

Mr. Stoler was nominated to be a candidate for the United Hospital Fund 2001 Distinguished Community Service Award for his extensive efforts in serving many components of the healthcare community.
Mr. Stoler is a member of the board of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York and the Coalition for Soviet Jewry. Michael serves as a member development committee and is responsible for the annual dinner for this organization. Mr. Stoler is a member of the advisory board of Jewish Heritage New York since it's inception in 1998. In September 2004, Mr. Stoler became a one of the co-chairs of Jewish Heritage New York.

Michael Stoler was honored by the UJA-Federation of New York Annual Campaign and received "The Lifetime of Community Service" award, which is awarded for an individual's participation in Jewish Agency Boards, for his distinguished service to the Jewish Community Relations Council of the City of New York and the New York philanthropic community.

Michael is a member of the board of the Saluate to Israel Day Parade and also served as an associate producer of the parade. The Salute to Israel Day Parade committee is responsible for the annual parade in May on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan.

Mr. Stoler served as the national president and national campaign chairman of American ORT. He was a member of the executive committee, the finance investment, and budget, planned giving and national campaign. He was a member of the executive board and the administrative committee of worldwide ORT that provides education and training to over 260,000 students in 62 countries around the world. He was a member of the board of trustees of Bramson ORT College, the two-year technical college in Forest Hills, in addition to being on the executive committee of ORT operations.. Prior to serving on national role with American ORT, he served as the first president of the banking and finance chapter, co-chairman of the investment chapter, and a member of the board of the real estate chapter. In 1997, Mr. Stoler was named American's ORT Man of the Year. Mr. Stoler was a member of the executive committee of the World Ort Union, and a member of the presidental advisory board and budget, finance and investment committee of American ORT. He remains active in the banking and accounting, finance, real estate and hospitality divisions of American ORT.

Mr. Stoler is a member of the advisory board of the Greater New York Region of State of Israel Bonds, and serves as a member of the Prime Minister Society and one of the dinner chairman for the annual Banking & Finance Dinner for State of Israel Bonds. Mr. Stoler was formerly the chairman of the Greater New York Campaign, and chairman of the Commerce & Industry campaign for New York. He served as the national chairman for the commerce and industry campaign and a member of the advisory board for the Long Island Region. He is active in a variety of divisions of the annual campaign including the real estate, commerce and industry and hospitality division. Mr. Stoler was the first recipient of the Imre J. Rosenthal Memorial Award for the Banking & Finance Industry Achievement Award.

Mr. Stoler serves on the national campaign cabinet of State of Israel Bonds.
Michael served as a member of the editorial advisory board of InTouch Magazine, a publication for cancer patients and cancer treatment. In addition, he serves as a member of the New York advisory cabinet for Lifestyles Magazine.

Mr. Stoler is a trustee and former president of the Banking & Finance Unit of the B'Nai B'Rith Unit of the B'Nai B'Rith International. He is the co-chairman of the annual banking and finance dinner for the chapter, and is pending appointment to the board of governors of the B'Nai B'Rith International. He is a member of the executive committee and the board of the Labor & Business Unit of B'Nai B'Rith and member of the board of the Project Hope Program, and the Adelstein Housing for senior Citizens of the B'Nai B'Rith.

Michael is the president of the Joint Passover Association of the City of New York, a sub-agency of the UJA-Federation and responsible for the annual cocktail party for the campaign. He is a member of the executive committee of the UJA-Federation of New York banking and finance chapter, the UJA-Federation of Greater New York. He was a member of the real estate planning board of Greater New York, and the UJA/100 Black Men Dialogue Group. Mr. Stoler was the founder and chairman of the Greater New York Campaign for the Jewish Survival of the National Conference of Synagogue Youth. He previously served as a member of the executive committee and board of directors of the Union of Orthodox Synagogues of America. He was a member of the finance and development committee for the Orthodox Union. He was a member of the Steering Committee for the 21st century for the Orthodox Union.

Mr. Stoler is a member of the lay advisory board of the New York Board of Rabbis of the City of New York. In October 2004, he was elected as a Vice President and member of the board of the Bnai Zion Foundation.
Mr. Stoler served as the founder and served as the associate chairman of the board of Tzivos Hashem-Jewish Children's International; the world's largest children's organization with programs throughout the country and the former Soviet Union. In addition, Mr. Stoler served as member of the board of directors of the Chabad Lubavitch of Bergen County, New Jersey, trustee of the Lubavitch Youth Movement, benefactor of the Chabad Lubavitch of Plano, Texas, and the former president of the Midtown Manhattan Chabad House & Chai Foundation. Mr. Stoler is responsible for sponsoring of the ark cover for the Midtown Manhattan Chabad Center. In May of 1998, Mr. Stoler received the highly acclaimed Ambassador Award from the Lubavitch Youth Organization and has lit the world's largest Hanukah menorah in Central Park for the past three years. He is a torah sponsor to the Chabad Lubavitch of Plano, Texas, and a tree sponsor the Lubavitch Mitzvah Tank of New York.
He served as a member of the board of directors of St. Christopher-Ottilie, the largest Foster care agency in the State of New York under Roman Catholic and Protestant Auspices. He has served as member of the development committee and the annual dinners. Mr. Stoler was the co-chairman and co-founder of the Business Council of the Consolidated Corporate Fund of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. He also served as a member of the leadership council of the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. He is presently a member of the Business Council.

Mr. Stoler served as a member of the board of the Jerusalem College of Technology and served as the dinner chairman for the dinner honoring the honorable David Rubin, the Economic Minister to North America from the State of Israel. Mr. Stoler served as a member of the executive committee and the board of the American Friends of Zohar for the disabled children in Israel.

Mr. Stoler was the co-founder and co-chairman of the Program for Autistic Children at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Mr. Stoler served as member of the board of the Conference of Presidents of Major Jewish Organizations. He was a member of the executive committee for the 40th anniversary of the Conference of President Annual Dinner. He also served as a member of the board of the Holocaust Memorial of Nassau County, in addition to being a member of the executive committee of the real estate division of the UJA-Federation of Long Island.

Mr. Stoler is a member of the Children's Medical Fund of the Schneider's Children's Hospital of the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, a division of the North Shore University-Long Island Jewish Health Care System.

Mr. Stoler is a member of the board of the New York State Honorary Fire Chiefs Association. He is the former vice president and house chairman of the Young Men's Philanthropic League of New York, and a member of the Town Club & Foundation of New York. He is a member of and a trustee of the National Realty Club of New York, former member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Real Estate Lenders Association of New York.

Mr. Stoler has served as the chairman of the supervisory committee an is a member of that committee for the Progressive Credit Union, one of the highest rated and profitable credit unions in the country.

Mr. Stoler is a member of the National Society of the Fund Raising Executives and the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York, and the Counsel of Community Services. Mr. Stoler served as the former executive director of Friends of Disabled Israel War Veterans, Inc, Beit Halochem which provides rehabilitation and training to the over 48,000 disabled Israeli War Veterans and their families in the State of Israel.

Mr. Stoler was a member of the executive committee of the Committee of 1000 of the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He was a member of the American Association of University Professors, and an associate member of the Hospital Financial Management Association. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Mr. Stoler is a Member of the New York Press Club and the New York division of the National Academy of Television Arts.

Mr. Stoler was a member of the board of Prime Motor Inns Master Limited Partnership, a NYSE company.

Mr. Stoler was a member of the executive committee, vice president and national board of the American Friends of the Hebrew University. He is a member of the board of governors and was formerly a member of the board of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Mr. Stoler is former member of the board of the men's club of Park East Synagogue of New York. He is a member of the Hampton Synagogue of Westhampton Beach, New York and a seat donor. Mr. Stoler served as a member of the executive committee of the Cardinal's Committee for the Laity, Hospitality Division.

Michael Stoler served as one of the coordinators and a member of the organizing committee for the State of Israel 53rd Independence Day Business dinner, hosted by the Institute for Technology and Enterprise. The dinner brought together some leading business leaders including Mr. Frank Zarb, chairman of NASDAQ, and Mr. William R.
