Ltd. provide real estate and corporate investment banking, corporate financing,
financial advisory work for commercial, asset based, factoring, real estate,
new media, internet, subordinate and mezzanine, venture capital, health
care and not for profit financing. The Company provides management consulting
services to financial institutions, professional firms, public and private
corporations, not for profit organizations, health care and high net worth
individuals.
The firm and its affiliates have served as advisors in the mergers and
acquisitions of public and private companies. The firm's affiliate Princeton
Mortgage Partners provides financing of real estate projects throughout
the country.
Michael Stoler is the principal and founder of Princeton Commercial Corporation.
In addition to these companies, Mr. Stoler serves as Senior Vice President
of First American Title Insurance Company of New York and Senior Advisor
to the Private Client Services Group of Signature Bank and Signature Securities.
Mr. Stoler
is the host and executive producer of The Stoler Report, Real Estate Trends
in the Tri-State region. The Stoler Report is New York’s only television
broadcast featuring real estate and business leaders. Since the inception
of the program, more than 250 individuals have participated in the round
table panel discussion. The show debuted on radio in November 2001 originally
airing on Wednesday evenings on WPAT 930 AM. On September 29, 2003, the
show began to air on CUNY TV, a non commercial station, owned by the City
University of New York, serving New York City. Each segment of the program
airs thirteen times a month in New York City, and three times a week in
East Hampton and Montauk, Long Island. Each segment can also be viewed
on the Internet at www.stolerreport.com and www.cuny.tv.
Michael Stoler is the host and executive producer of “Building New
York”.
“Building New York” is New York’s only weekly television
real estate talk show, featuring the local and national leaders responsible
for the real estate activities in the New York region. The show debuted
on March 6, 2006, airing six times a week on CUNY TV, channel 75 and on
the internet at www.buildingny.org. The program provides insight to the
latest news, developments, and economic trends. The guests share their
thoughts and personal experience on important real estate issues in the
largest real estate community in the world.
In January 2004, Mr. Stoler joined The New York Sun, one of the nation’s
fastest growing daily newspapers as real estate columnist. His column
on commercial real estate appears every Thursday in the real estate section
of the newspaper. He has been a frequent guest on CNBC Cable and frequently
lectures on real estate and business at professional organizations.
Mr. Stoler serves as Adjunct Associate Professor at the New York University
School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Real Estate Institute.
He is the instructor of a course, Real Estate Trends which will begin
in October, 2005 as well as serving as one of the co-chairs of the annual
Capital Markets Symposium. He is an Adjunct professor at the Department
of Community Medicine at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, where
he teaches a course of business and practical aspects of conducting a
professional practice.
Mr. Stoler serves on the boards of numerous charitable organizations including
NYU Medical Center, Foundation for Medical Evaluation & Early Detection,
American ORT, Helene Fuld College of Nursing, Joint Passover Association,
Jewish Community Relations Council, and the Prostate Net. In September
2002, he and his co-founder of the ITM Hospitality Fund, a fund that provides
no cost hotel rooms for patients who are under treatment at academic medical
centers were profiled as the New Yorker’s of the week on New York
city, Cable Channel NY 1.

is the host of The Stoler Report-Real Estate Trends in the Tri State Region
which
"The Stoler Report"-Real Estate Trends in New York / New Jersey,
New York's only live weekly radio broadcast featuring real estate and
business leaders debuted on November 14, 2001 on WPAT 930 AM. The format
of the broadcast is a panel discussion with prominent leaders to discuss
pressing matters affecting the metropolitan New York real estate community.
In April 2002, the program changed networks from WPAT 930 AM to WMCA 570
AM.
On December 4, 2002, "The Stoler Report" returned to the air
for a second season, airing live from 9 PM to 10 PM, on WSNR 620 AM (the
Sporting News Radio Network). Each broadcast is aired live on the World
Wide Web at the time of broadcast on the web site of the program (www.stolerreport.com).
On September 17, 2003, the show debuted on Emmy award winning CUNY TV,
Channel 75 in New York City, owned and operated by the City University
of New York. Each new broadcast airs a total of thirteen times a month
in New York City. The show can also be viewed on the Internet at www.stolerreport.com
and www.cuny.tv. Since the inception of the program, more than 200 real
estate business leaders have participated as panelists. The program was
highlighted in the September 2004 in the national real estate section
of the New York Times.

In 1993, Mr. Stoler founded and created "Cancer Awareness Month",
an innovative program that provides no cost health screenings of individuals
for seven different forms of cancer.
The Foundation for Medical Evaluation and Early Detection (www.fmed.org)
was established and created by Michael Stoler. Mr. Stoler in conjunction
with other benefactors and supporters established the Foundation in November
2001, to provide a valuable community service of no cost health screenings
for individuals. Since inception, the Foundation has coordinated no cost
screenings for as many as seven different forms of cancer, stroke, diabetes,
cholesterol levels, heart disease, osteoporosis, bond density, lupus and
genetic conditions. The Foundation coordinates the screenings with academic
and research medical centers, in addition to nationally and internationally
recognized programs for the coordination of no cost health screenings.
The Foundation is an expansion of the world renowned "Cancer Awareness
Month", which provided no cost cancer screenings for more than thirty
five hundred individuals. Since the inception of the foundation more than
2500 individuals have been screened for various health conditions.
In 2001, Michael co-founded the "ITM Hospitality Fund"
(www.itmhospitalityfund.com) a community service that provides no cost
lodging facilities for patients and their families in time of need. Since
the inception of the program, more than two hundred families have been
beneficiaries of this innovative service available in New York City. The
program provides lodging for more than seven academic and research medical
centers as well as charitable and community service organizations. The
main objective of the "ITM Hospitality Fund" is to establish
and perpetuate the availability of hotel accommodations when needed in
conjunction with treatment of major illness, to lessen the emotional and
financial burdens of being away from home for cancer, surgery, specialized
treatments, protocols and medical conditions.
Mr. Stoler and his co-founder Jody Merl, president of Innovative Travel
Marketing were profiled as the New Yorkers of the Week in September 2003
for the work of the ITM Hospitality Fund”.
Mr. Stoler serves as a syndicated columnist and author of a weekly community
affairs article entitled "On the scene". "On the scene"
is published weekly in three newspapers, "Manhattan Jewish Sentinel",
"Long Island Jewish World" and the "Jewish Tribune".
Mr. Stoler is the author of a monthly column, "Mike on Madison",
which appears in "The Mann Report", a publication which is published
for members of the real estate and business community. Prior to author
"On the scene" in May, 2002, Mr. Stoler served as a columnist
in the Manhattan Section, "The Stoler Report", in the national
publication "The Jewish Press", the largest weekly Anglo Jewish
publication in America.
